In July 2019, The Careers & Enterprise Company provided funding to 15 different organisations to deliver projects to primary aged pupils during the 2019/20 academic year.
With Department for Education backing, the investment was designed to both support existing best practice and back new ideas to support innovation in a primary setting.
These organisations have developed a wide range of different approaches to career-related learning. Outputs of the fund include many of the resources included in this platform, the development of a range of different career-related learning approaches and greater understanding of what works at primary.

Activities will include mapping the L.E.A.D Academy Character Attributes Programme to the Skills Builder essential skills and integrating the use of Employer Ambassadors into activities to enhance career-related learning.

Who are you?
The Loud! Network are award winning content producers with significant experience in the broadcast and advertising industry. The Loud! Network programme produces meaningful, effective and vibrant content that delivers CRL in a fun, insightful and inspiring way with an offer primarily for KS2 learners and supporting material for teachers.
The team is led by Chief Strategist Gloria Abramoff, who has 25-years of experience at the BBC in commissioning and producing award winning on and off-air content. A former BBC Education Officer and the Creative and Managing Director of BBC Children in Need, she was also Director of social action campaigns across the BBC. Gloria is highly respected in campaigning journalism, broadcasting and education.
Jani Guest is the Founder of the Loud! Network. As a mother of two young girls, Jani was passionate and determined to create a children’s property that could stimulate, educate, entertain and inspire a new generation. Jani is highly respected in the advertising industry and leads a successful advertising and production company, and, is also co-chair of the British Arrows, the UK’s largest Advertising Awards body.
Nicci Holliday is a Senior Producer with the Loud! Network. A former senior manager at the BBC in radio and television for over 20 years, and mother of three young children under 12, Nicci has focused the last 5-years on producing major concerts, events and content for broadcast.

Loud! Network films and supporting material will:

The Loud! Network provides an easy access suite of films that can be used in a variety of different ways, used directly to support CRL or within curriculum or topic led work. They have been designed so teachers can use them flexibly in the classroom. The films give a fantastic insight into a specific job in a fun way with supporting material. They are delivered as a full package and can be accessed by schools/classrooms in the way that best suits that school. Once schools have the material, they can run with it in whichever way works best for them. It’s universal provision, and works across all Primary Schools in England. All the films come with flexible and adaptable supporting material and activities. They can slot into lessons in 6 minutes or 60 minutes, as CRL or within core subjects.
